This is a great drink for heading off a cold or flu when you feel one coming on. But be careful! It's hot. If you've never tried it before, use only the minimum quantity of jalapenos. One more piece of advice—it's not quite so hot if you drink it with a straw.
2 - 5 fresh jalapeno chiles
8 oz milk
Chop jalapenos and blend with milk.
