Sadhana/Gurdwara Seva

encounter your essence in group Sadhana expediting self-healing and transformation

Keep Up. Keep up means keep up your sadhana so that each day your mental vibration will keep your Self at the same frequency. Anybody who keeps up his or her sadhana shall surmount anything, I guarantee you that. – Yogi Bhajan

Each morning we begin Sadhana (daily practice) at 4:00 a.m. with Japji (prayer reading), followed by 30 minutes of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, and then 62 minutes of meditation to live music.

Sadhana ends with a daily Gurdwara service. Gurdwara means the “Gate of the Guru,” where everybody is welcome. The Gurdwara is a unique and powerful group experience that uses the technology of the Shabd Guru and the sound current of the Naad to connect the individual soul to the Infinite. Through music, prayer, and Prasad (sharing food that has been blessed), we uphold our tradition of sharing devotional activity. A short Gurdwara is held each morning at the completion of Sadhana.

Yogi Bhajan gave the Aquarian Sadhana as a powerful personal tool during the transition from the Piscean to the Aquarian Age.
