Once accepted for work exchange you will receive a CODE via email that is required for you to register at the reduced rate. Those accepted for service exchange are not eligible for any other discounts.

No-show policy for Service Exchange: Any Service Exchange recipient who registers but does not show up to serve will have the difference between the Service Exchange Rate and the Full Price Rate charged to their credit card. This excludes those who have canceled prior to the event using appropriate channels.

Children

Youth Policy: All children 4 to 12 must be enrolled in Khalsa Youth Camp. Everyone 17 years or under must be accompanied by a parent or someone over 25 years of age who will act as his/her guardian. Registration Forms will need to be completed for all children.

Infants and toddlers ages 0 – 3 are welcome at IWC. It is highly recommended that you or a friend be available to take care of your child outside of childcare hours. Please contact an events coordinator if you have any questions or concerns.

Payment options

  • All payments to 3HO Foundation should be made in U.S. funds –Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit or check cards payable on a U.S. bank.
  • We do not accept Discover.
  • We accept credit cards on-line
  • Cash, money orders, traveler’s checks, and cashier checks will be accepted On-site ONLY.

International Travelers Discount

Travelers from outside the U.S. must show proof of international travel for this event such as their round trip airline ticket (or stamped passport from Mexico or Canada only) to obtain discount.

Arrival/Departure Times

Arrival:
You may begin arriving to register for camp Sunday, June 24, after 9:00 a.m.

Departure:
Sadhana and Gurdwara happen as usual, from 4:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 1 and camp will close at 11:00 am.
