Sopurkh Kaur
Sopurkh Kaur
served as a trusted aid and staff member to the Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan for over 25 years as the Comptroller and the Legal and Financial Council. She was honored by the Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan to be entrusted with the title and office of "Director of Spiritual Trust". This was created to maintain the integrity and quality of the teachings of Yogi Bhajan on the practice of Kundalini yoga, meditation and humanology. Sopurkh Kaur travels extensively as one of the facilitators of White Tantric Yoga, as Director of Spiritual Trust and in her capacity as President of many of the Dharmic businesses and nonprofit organizations. She enjoys speaking and teaching about the wonderful visions and values that the Siri Singh Sahib taught her and is looking forward to serving the worldwide community with her lifetime experience of personal spiritual development.

Sat Kirin Kaur
SatKirin Kaur Khalsa, teacher, vocalist and minister is dedicated to the elevation of human experience and sharing that elevation through the music and technology of Gurbani Kirtan. Her mission is to teach and heal through Simran (singing meditation of the sacred sound) the experience of light and intuition that comes from this practice, as taught to her by her Gurus. A family person, she resides in New York City with her husband, also a musician. Her sons and grandsons all live in the spiritual community of Sikh Dharma in Española, New Mexico.

moved to the USA from the Netherlands , Europe in 1975. She met Yogi Bhajan in 1975 and started her life long passion of celebrating the possibility of Enlightenment for real world people through the practice of kundalini yoga, meditation and humanology.
She got married in 1977 and started assisting 3ho and Sikh Dharma in the production of many events and programs, some under the direct supervision of Yogi Bhajan.
Through the creation of Real World Enlightenment Foundation (RWE) in 2002, Kirn established a formal vehicle for the expansion of her healing approach using the integration of Yogi Bhajan's teachings on Ayurveda and humanology and alternative healing approaches such as detoxification programs, nutritional support, homeopathy, herbs, wellness and rejuvenation programs.
Kirn Khalsa serves as the director at RWE which offers kundalini yoga teacher training, ongoing kundalini yoga and meditation classes, and workshops at Shakti WholeLife Center in Santa Fe . Holistic Health Programs are offered at both GRD Health Clinic in Espanola as well as at SHakti Whole Life Center in Santa Fe.She lives in the Espanola ashram, in NM with her husband and 2 beautiful children.

Rai Kaur

was driven to practice yoga by the astronomic stress of her first year of veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia in 1973. Yogi Bhajan and the Khalsa String Band were on tour that year, and showed up at the church directly across the street from the school. After five minutes of the "Sa Ta Na Ma" meditation, she was hooked. Since then, she completed her training as a veterinarian, began teaching Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, married Rai Singh, and had two daughters, Gururas Kaur, now 23, and Karta Purkh Kaur, 17. In 1977, she and Rai Singh were sent by Yogi Bhajan to Knoxville , TN , where they opened the Guru Ram Das Ashram, began teaching Kundalini Yoga, and established what has become one of the largest veterinary hospitals in the city. As well as working as a veterinarian and busy practice owner, she is a minister of Sikh Dharma and a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. She received one of the first annual Outstanding Teacher Awards from IKYTA. Rai Kaur has attended both Solstices and virtually every Women's Camp since then (with a few exceptions due to traveling in India ), and has directed the Teen Program at Solstice (with Rai Singh) and the Young Women's Program at Women's Camp for many years. She has recently begun teaching on a limited basis at Miri Piri Academy in Amritsar , India .

has 30 years as a minister of Sikh Dharma, Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and as a life coach. Siri Ram is a woman of extremely high energy and amazing capacity. She is an educator and an administrator, owning and operating schools and several businesses. Sat Dharam has been studying Kundalini Yoga with Yogi Bhajan since 1979, has facilitated teacher training programs in Toronto and has been a guest instructor at the Kundalini Yoga Festival in France and at the Toronto Yoga Show. Sat Nirmal Kaur Khalsa has been with Akal Security since 1987 and was named Chief Executive Officer in 1994. Aside from managing all aspects of the company including financial management and field operations, Sat Nirmal's special expertise lies in the areas of human resources, union negotiation, federal government contracting and risk management. She has been a student of Yogi Bhajan since 1974, studying Kundalini Yoga as well as learning yogic techniques and philosophy to apply to every day business practices. With an emphasis on conscious communication, she has successfully managed all facets of this complex, multi-state corporation. Sat Nirmal is a wife and mother and studies music and oil painting.

Sumpuran Kaur
Sumpuran Kaur Khalsa joined the 3HO ashram in Orlando, Fl. when she was four years old, along with her Mother and younger brother. She was raised in the early 3HO lifestyle, which included a lot of garlic, yoga, sadhana and communal living. Sent to school in India during her formative years (12-18) to learn more about her adopted Sikh heritage and broaden her horizons - she continues to return to the country she loves every year and leads the India Yatras. She had the blessing of personally serving her teacher, Yogi Bhajan, as a member of his staff for the last 14 years of his life. Her roles included personal nurse, business and communication liaison and tour/travel coordinator. Yogi Bhajan pushed and challenged Sumpuran and made every effort to train her as a leader and graceful woman. Yogi Bhajan appointed her General Manager of the Women's Area. She currently lives in Espanola and heads up the 3HO WOMEN’S office, organizes the Women’s Camps and develops products and programs based on Yogi Bhajan’s teachings for women.

Ravi Kaur
Ravi Kaur Khalsa has worked for 3HO Foundation over the past 17 years in many facets of the organization. Most recently concentrating on 3HO Events since 2001. Growing up in 3HO has given Ravi Kaur a deep and profound love and understanding of the teachings of Yogi Bhajan. He was directly involved throughout her life, sending her to India for her Junior High and High School education and even arranging her marriage - 18 years and still going strong! Ravi Kaur's current main focus at 3HO is General Manger of Self Mastery (Teacher Training Intensives) and Program Director for Summer Solstice, Khalsa Youth Camp, and Winter Solstice. Her deepest passion is to serve all those whose lives are touched by these teachings.

Gurumeet Kaur
Gurumeet Kaur is a Minister of Sikh Dharma and Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and member of Yoga Alliance, R.Y.T. Studying for more than 30 years with Yogi Bhajan, she specializes in yoga for radiant health. She is Director of Training for "Create Inner Peace and Resiliency", a project funded by the state New Mexico to teach yoga and meditation to First Responders and help them manage high exposure to critical incident stress incidents. She teaches Kundalini Yoga and meditation to help our individual and collective transition to recognizing our timeless connection to our eternal, sacred being and the power to co-create a world of peace and prosperity for all people now. Living in conscious control of ourselves through controlling the breath-with the mind, body as our servants, not our masters-we dwell in living reality, in harmony with the true Self and the entire universe serves our highest good. As Yogi Bhajan said: "If you can't see God in all, you can't see God at all."

Shanti Kaur
Shanti Kaur Khalsa is a wife, mother, and security professional. She is a Director for Akal Security, a Sikh-owned private security company with nearly 10,000 employees in more than forty states. This is a non-traditional role for women, and particularly for a woman in a turban and Khalsa bana. As such, she has been successful in bringing the Khalsa values to private security throughout her twenty-year career.
She is an active Sikh parcharic in the United States and abroad. Involvement with Sikh teenagers has led to mentoring young people around the world in the Sikh rehit, both in their personal and professional lives. She is an active kirtani, and has traveled widely giving inspirational kirtan and lecture programs. She is a published historian, and regularly contributes articles on both current events and Sikh history to Sikh publications. She currently lives in Espanola, New Mexico with her husband, Tyaga Singh, and their son Bhai Daya Singh.

Mukta Kaur
Mukta is the Director of 3HO SuperHealth, A system for Addictive Behavior, founded by Yogi Bhajan. As well as the Secretary of Foreign Affairs of Sikh Dharma International. She was Director of both a 90-day pilot project for de-addiction in collaboration with the Punjab Government in India , and residential facility for 18 years in Tucson , AZ which received the highest commendations by JCAHO. She acts as the 3HO NGO (Non-Government Organization) Representative to the United Nations Drug Division Office - Vienna , Austria . 3HO SuperHealth, founded by Yogi Bhajan has operated treatment facilities in the United States and India .
