The facilitator of the group will be a neutral person who will be responsible for keeping the activities of the group moving on schedule in each meeting. She will coordinate timing and locations of the meetings and specific logistics. The facilitator will receive guidelines on how to create a sacred, safe space.

A sacred circle of women is not based on the concept of a teacher student dynamic but rather on the nature of women coming together to create a sacred space, where everyone shares from the same level. It is facilitated to ensure that it remains a mutually supportive, safe environment for all the women participating.

You may qualify as a facilitator if you are familiar with Kundalini Yoga, ie, you have either taken at least 10 yoga classes or if you have attended a 3HO Women's Camp. You may also be a facilitator if you have already had the experience of participating in this program.

•  98 page Excel & Celebrate Workbook which is a comprehensive fully scripted and guided manual for your circle of women.

•  Your Support Materials Packet. All the materials that you will need to conduct these sessions are included in your packet, plus the support books and CD's that the rest of the group will be receiving.

•  An introductory session on the Power of Women that you can offer to the women in your area as a sample of what they will be experiencing during the 6 weeks.

•  3HO registration and funds collection. Your event will be listed on the 3HO website and confirmations, funds will all be handled in this manner.

•  Marketing materials for promotion of your circle of women in your local area. The following marketing materials are offered: 50 Excel & Celebrate Brochures, Html templates for email blasts, a 8.5 x 14 poster template, a 4.5 x 6 postcard template and a link to the Excel & Celebrate website.

•  One 15 minute bridgeline call with Pritpal Kaur who developed this program. She is a Teacher Trainer, Life Coach and a very skilled facilitator with 30 years of experience teaching Kundalini Yoga. She will provide one phone consultation to the facilitator before the group begins. This will help the facilitator prepare for the course and answer any questions

•  Facilitator's corner on website with tips in facilitation, creating a cozy environment, building your circle of women.
