Healthy Almonds


Five peeled almonds a day are another essential item. They keep the impurities from building up in the body. Soak them at night, and the skins will be soft enough to peel in the morning. Almonds should always be eaten peeled except when a woman is menstruating since the skins are a natural astringent.

"A yogi must be in control of their sleep and should be able to turn on the sleep button at any time. It is called
self-hypnosis."
