Sat Nam, dear Kundalini Yoga teachers,

Conscious Pregnancy Training has transformed and touched the hearts of hundreds of Kundalini Yoga teachers around the globe for over three decades. These teachers have so inspired that they have shared these sacred teachings with pregnant women, couples, babies and medical professionals in tens of thousands of communities.

Diverse interesting yoga teaching opportunities were opened them. They truly have impacted future generations with hope, gentleness and the very practical yogic wisdom which Yogi Bhajan has shared with us.

3HO WOMEN invites you to join us in the high desert mountains of New Mexico . Yogi Bhajan often said, "God is everywhere, but He lives in New Mexico ." He also gave the name "Mother Ashram" to the 3HO/Sikh Dharma center here in Espanola. It is also lovingly referred to as Hacienda de Guru Ram Das. The 300 members live in private homes in the vicinity and gather regularly under the Ashram Golden Dome for morning sadhana, Sunday Gurdwara, and numerous celebrations.

The training is located at Tarn Taran Nivas which is a three minute walk from the Ashram. This cozy abode home with patio and beautiful gardens welcomes you. The large yoga room and diverse sitting areas in the house comfortably cares for our needs.

Conscious Pregnancy and Women's Camp will run parallel in Espanola this year so we can join together for meals, Yogi Bhajan videos, chanting, and some classes. We are looking forward to a very uplifting, energetic and transformational course. See you in Espanola.
