NEW!  Extremely important– On-site Check-In and Registration processes have changed as follows:

Event Ticket:

  • When you register on-line, you will see a registration receipt with a bar-code on it. This is your event ticket and you must present this to security at the gate before entering.
  • Print the receipt as your event ticket (if you do not have this, your registration process will be more time-consuming)

Family Registration:

  • Go to the Family Check-In area in the Registration Tent on-site
  • Solstice Youth Co-op forms:
  1. Available on-line and will be submitted to 3HO to be attached to your child’s registration form
  2. Print them and bring with you if you did not submit them on-line
  3. Fill out forms on-site (not recommended but possible if you want to spend time in the registration trailer with your kids)

International Group Registration

If you are traveling in a group from another country, you may be eligible for a group discount.

Badges:

  • Will have a Bar-code on them which will be scanned at the Security gate when re-entering the site if you leave

Wristbands:

  • Self-adhesive bands for Tantric Entrance
  • These bands must be worn on the wrist at all times; checked by Tantric Gatekeepers on Tantric Days

If you are a day pass attendee, you must arrive after 6:30 p.m. the night before you are scheduled to attend. Your dinner will not be provided.
** Children’s Rates:  In order for your child to participate in the Solstice Youth Co-op 2-4 yr.old program, they must be toilet trained and no longer need diapers or training pants changed during the day. If your child is over 2 and is not trained, you may use the free rate option since they will not be participating in the Solstice Youth Co-op programs.

United States Resident Discounts

  • Early Registration Discounts and discounts for IKYTA, seniors, students, and couples are applied to on-line registration only. Registration and payment must be received by May 31st for Summer and November 31st for Winter at 5 p.m. MST
  • Service Exchanges and Financial Aid recipients are not eligible for any other discounts.

International Travelers, Latin & South America, and Africa Discount

Latin & South America, and Africa have a new option for payment on-line with PayPal so: On-Site discounts are no longer extended beyond Early Registration.

 If you have an international credit card or want to use PayPal, you must register on-line by May 31st for Summer and November 30th for Winter at 5 p.m. MST (or if this falls on a weekend, the following Monday at 5 p.m. MST) to obtain  discounts.

  • New: Due to unavailability of international credit cards in Latin America and Africa we now offer a PayPal option for registration.
  • Travelers from outside the U.S. must show proof of international travel for this event such as their round trip airline ticket (or stamped passport from Mexico or Canada only) to obtain discount.
  • Service Exchanges and Financial Aid recipients are not eligible for any other discounts.

Registration Deadlines

  • Early registration pricing ends May 31st  for Summer and November 30th for Winter (if these dates fall on a weekend, then the following Monday) at 5 p.m. MST.
  • On-line registration will remain open at the full price rate ($749) until the end of the event.

Youth Policy (click name of form to go to on-line or printable form)

  • Youth 17 years or under must be accompanied by a parent or acting guardian who is over 25 years of age.
  • A SYC Registration and Release Form must be signed for all children between the ages of 1-17 by a parent. You may now submit this form on-line by November 30th, the completed form will then be awaiting your signature at the registration tent when you arrive.
  • In the event that a youth or teen is accompanied by an acting guardian, parents must print this form,  have their signature notarized, and send form with Guardian to Solstice.  Any guardian without this notarized form will not be allowed to check child in on-site.
  • All youths and teens between the ages of 1-17 must have an SYC Information Form filled out so Team 3HO Foundation is aware of any restrictions or special needs your child may have. Please print, complete, and bring this form with you to Solstice.
  • If your child has a medical history of severe allergies or other conditions please fill out our Children’s Medical Form.
  • Youth 17 or under without a parent or guardian will not be allowed entrance into camp and parents will be called to pick child up.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants must fill out Refund Request Form  by June 1st for Summer and December 1st for Winter.  Refunds will be minus a $50 processing fee.

  • After June 1st for Summer and December 1st for Winter, registrants must fill out the Credit Request form and an event credit code will be emailed them by the beginning of registration for the next event (minus a $50 processing fee). Credit may be applied to a Solstice Sadhana Celebration, International Women’s Camp, or Khalsa Youth Camp for one year following date of issue. The credit submission deadline is the first day of either event.
  • No refunds or credits will be given to participants once they have entered the Solstice Sadhana site. No refund or credit is available if you cancel on the first day of the event; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason.
  • No refunds will be given to Service Exchange Registrants unless they have contacted both Customer Service and the Area Manager in written form (email, fax or letter)  by June 1st for Summer and December 1st for Winter.  Credits will be available from June 2 until start of event for winter and December 2 until start of event for summer.
  • A $50 processing fee will be charged for any refunds or credits.
  • Processing approved refunds will take approximately 4 – 6 weeks.
  • Approved credits will receive an event credit code used for 3HO events only for the next year and this code will be sent by the start of registration for the next event.
  • You must fill out either refund or credit forms, or if you do not have access to a computer, send cancellation requests by the above noted dates to our mailing address: 3HO Foundation International, Customer Service, 6 Narayan Court, Española, NM 87532.

If an emergency situation occurs after the cut-off dates for credit, such as death in family or serious illness, you must email or mail your request for cancellation to Customer Service by the last day of the event and you will be given a credit if approved.

Hours for on-site check-in and registration are available to serve attendees during heavy arrival times.   Please make sure you check-in or register to obtain your badge which allows you access to camp activities.

*Please try to arrive at camp before 7 p.m., in order to better facilitate your safety and security. If you arrive after 9:00 p.m. on December 19, 20, or 21 registration will be closed and Security will be taking your name, location of tent or cabin and other information you will have to check-in or register at on-site registration after immediately after breakfast the following morning.  Be aware that arrival after 10 p.m. means you may have to sleep in the Tantric Shelter.  

If you arrive in Florida before the scheduled arrival day or missed the last shuttle departure time, you will need to make arrangements either to stay in a hotel, or find alternative means of transportation.

If you are a day pass attendee, you must arrive after 6:30 p.m. the night before you are scheduled to attend.  Your dinner will not be provided and you must leave the following day before breakfast.  Our attendee numbers which we give to the kitchen to determine quantities of food necessary are determined by your pass meal plan (3 meals the day you are attending) – dinner the night before and breakfast the following morning are not included.   Should you ignore this policy it will mean less for the people who have paid for those days.  Thank you for your consideration.
