Family Registration: (for families with kids under 18 including Service Exchanges, Dharmic Employees and Financial Aid parents)
- Select the Summer Solstice Family with Children 17 and Under registration type. This choice should be made by all parents and their children for the event. This will register you and your child for the event and for the Summer Solstice Youth Camp Co-op.
- Families entering the Registration Trailer will see a Family Registration Table, this is your one and only stop before heading to set up your tent. The Solstice Youth Camp Co-op Program registration and the On-site Check-In/Registration will be handled here for Families with children 17 and under.
- Please fill out the on-line Solstice Youth Camp Release Form before you come so you won’t have to do anything but sign them when you arrive at the event. You will also be able to sign your Release Forms on-line this year so there will be no more trying to keep up with kids while you fill out forms.
- All parents with children between the ages of 1-17 must complete the Solstice Youth Camp Information Form so that camp staff is aware of any restrictions or special needs your child may have.
- For medical conditions, please fill out our on-line Solstice Youth Camp Medical Form. This form will go directly to the First Aide Manager and the Solstice Youth Camp Co-op Director and be included in the information packet we give the SYC Manager of your child’s area.
- For parents who are sending their children with a Guardian (who must be 25 or older) the only form that you would have to print, fill out and send with the guardian is the Acting Guardian Authorization Form. The Acting Guardian must have this completed notarized form with them when they Check-In on-site. Acting Guardians must register on-line under the Family Registration Type and child must be registered in Guardian’s On-line Registration form. Acting Guardians may not be in the Service Exchange Program. Children under the age of 18 without an Acting Guardian or with an Acting Guardian who does not have these forms completed, will not be allowed on site.

Children’s Rates:
Child rates do not increase after the early registration deadline.
Baby - Infant to 1 yrs.old – Baby (Children in diapers included in this group if over 2 yrs. old). * $26

Pre-school - 3 & 4 yrs. old $135
Kinder - 5 & 6 yrs. old $254
Lower Elementary – 7 & 8 yrs.old $262
Upper Elementary – 9 to 11 yrs. old $262

* A parent must accompany their child at all times when in the Sukh Nivas Baby Trailer. This area is for Pregnant Women and parents with children under 2 or in diapers. This is not a drop off program; there is no SYC C program other than this for children in this age group.
Although some children are more mature than others of the same age, no matter their maturity level they will remain in the age group that corresponds to their age ( for school age children that would mean they would be the age appropriate to the group if their birthday is prior to October 1st. We’ve noticed that children who are more mature than their peers often enjoy taking on a role of leadership with children of the same age. Don’t think of your child as being “bored” think of them as experiencing their peers in a different way. If parents have concerns, please contact the Registration Director prior to registering on-line.
