3:45pm – 5:15pm Afternoon Workshops

In the Words of Yogiji ~ Mata Mandir Singh, NM (Chant) Air Tent
The naad technology of Kirtan was well known in the ancient yogic teachings. Singing creates far more nerve connections and chemical changes in the brain than if one simply reads. “That’s why I like to sing the teachings, so I can remember them and make them a part of my life.” We will be singing the poetry of Yogi Bhajan and Guru Nanak in a mix of mantras featuring Yogiji’s Meditation for World Peace and more.

7:00pm – 9:45pm Evening Program
