Amar Singh and Sahib-Amar Kaur toured and recorded with the original Khalsa String Band, collaborated on numerous recordings with Singh Kaur, and have contributed beautiful instrumentals and vocals on many 3HO musicians’ recordings. They teach Kundalini Yoga in Richmond, CA, lead Naad Yoga workshops, and participate in interfaith kirtans.

Awtar Kaur Khalsa has been living and teaching in Kundalini Yoga ashrams since 1972. She sat at Yogi Bhajan’s feet with notebook, timer, and camera, prompting him to remark, “She has perfect notes.” Her sense of humor and transparency help her students get real about their own practice and teaching.

Baba Singh, Psy.D., is a registered psychologist working in Los Angeles. He has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for over 10 years, and helps run the morning sadhana program at the Awareness Center in Pasadena.

DukhNiwaran Kaur has been an inspiring Kundalini Yoga teacher in Chicago since 1997. She engages deeply with her own soul to share her love of Kundalini Yoga. Ek Ong Kaar Kaur Khalsa is a writer and a teacher. She writes for her blog and travels around the world sharing the wisdom of Sikh Dharma and teaching Kundalini Yoga.

Elizabeth Gurumukh Greathouse began studying with Yogi Bhajan in 1981, is a Teacher Trainer, E-RYT 500, and the creator of Yoga House Studio in Washington, D.C.

Esra Banguoglu Ogut-Fateh Kaur fell in love with Kundalini Yoga in 1999, ending cycles of depression and substance abuse. Eventually she brought Kundalini Yoga back to Turkey. She and her husband, Aykut’s set up the G.O.D system of coaching and their book on the subject became a national best seller in 2009.

Gurmukh Kaur is the co-founder and director of Golden Bridge Yoga, Los Angeles, as well as the Director of Golden Bridge Yoga, NYC. For nearly three decades, students in Los Angeles and from around the world have sought out her classes in Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and pre-and post-natal care.

Guru Dass Singh had his first Kundalini Yoga experience at Woodstock in 1969. In the 70’s he pioneered Kundalini Yoga in Spain. He has trained hundreds of Kundalini Yoga teachers worldwide. He lives in Chile and travels the world sharing his knowledge and music.

Guru Simran Singh has been a fixture at solstice since 1986, where he has been manager of the set-up/ground crew. In 2001 he completed Master’s Touch with Yogi Bhajan and he has been actively teaching Kundalini Yoga and Teacher Trainings. He feels blessed to teach Kundalini Yoga at Summer and Winter Solstices.

Guru Singh is a 3rd generation yogi who studied at the feet of Yogi Bhajan beginning on January 10, 1969. He is also a musician and author with mantra CD’s and published books on the power of Kundalini. He is currently based in Los Angeles and teaches all over the world.

Gurucharan Singh Khalsa has been the director of training for Kundalini Yoga since 1971 and is known for both heart and wisdom.

Gurudarshan Kaur Khalsa was born into the 3HO family, living a yogic lifestyle since her first breath. She lives to share the art of becoming healthy with abundant prosperity in all aspects of life. Her mission is to use her creativity to uplift the consciousness of the planet.

Guru Dev Kaur has been teaching since 2001 and now plays an integral role in sharing the tools and practice of Kundalini Yoga as the Marketing Director for 3HO International. She designed 3HO’s Global Seva Project to support taking action to uplift humanity through the power of seva.

Guruka Kaur serves as the Executive Director of IKYTA. She is the Coordinator of the Ethics and Professional Standard of a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Committee. She has been a student/teacher of Yogi Bhajan for 40 years.

Guruka Singh is a teacher, writer, and inveterate punster. In this incarnation, he met Yogi Bhajan in 1971 and has been teaching Kundalini Yoga ever since. He is well-known for his many YouTube video classes.

Gurukirn Kaur Khalsa began her studies with Yogi Bhajan in 1971 at the Pomona, California, ashram. She has produced several books incorporating her poetry and artwork, celebrating the soul’s longing to belong. She currently resides in Phoenix and the serves the Guru Nanak Dwara Ashram and Gurdwara communities.

GuruPrem Khalsa is Master of Postures and Alignment for Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. He is the author of “Divine Alignment” and “The Heart Rules.” He has been teaching for over 30 years and has a powerful yoga, meditation, and sadhana practice.

Gurutej Khalsa co-founded 3HO Canada in 1970. Gurutej Kaur is committed to community outreach and philanthropic causes. A co-founder of The Golden Bridge Yoga Center in Los Angeles, she has lived and practiced at The Blessings Center since 1999. She has released over a dozen instructional yoga videos and DVD’s.

Hari Charn Khalsa is a KRI Teacher Trainer and the KRI Director of Reach Out Teach Out. She has been a student of Yogi Bhajan for over 35 years. She travels and develops teachers around the world.

Hari Jiwan Singh Khalsa has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for over 35 years. As Yogi Bhajan’s Chief of Protocol, he travelled around the globe with him. He shares the wisdom from his experience of sitting with Yogiji for those precious hours. His teaching perspective is refreshing, straight, and delivered with sincerity and humor.

Hari Kirin Kaur Khalsa is an artist and teacher dedicated to healing through yoga and art. She teaches at Kripalu and Omega Institute. Haridass Kaur/Thi Kim Hoang, PhD, is classically trained in Shiatsu-Anma. Jap Singh Khalsa is a Kundalini Yoga trainer and posture specialist, professional dancer, hatha yoga teacher, devotional chants musician (kirtan and Naad Yoga), and author of four CDs. Kamalroop Singh Nihang is a student of the Buddha Dal. He has spent considerable time learning about the traditions passed down from the Tenth Guru. This led to him completing a Ph.D. in the Sri Dasam Granth Sahib at the University of Birmingham, England.

Kartar Singh Khalsa, D.O.M., combines the expertise of a licensed Doctor of Oriental Medicine, a trained Acupuncturist, and Kundalini Yoga teacher. He currently practices herbology and acupuncture in New Mexico. Dr. Kartar Khalsa possesses a personal passion for helping people make positive changes.

Kartar Singh lives and teaches in Herndon, Virginia. He regularly teaches at Summer and Winter Solstice and the Asian Yoga Festival. His passion is teaching Level One Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training.

Shabad Kaur Khalsa is a psychotherapist and KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher trainer. Siri Marka Singh is a 30-year Kundalini Yoga teacher, Teacher Training team member, and marathon runner. He had the great honor to serve Yogi Bhajan personally for 14 years. He travels throughout the U.S. and Mexico giving workshops on “Living and Dying,” “Love and Devotion,” and other topics.

Siri Sevak Kaur has studied Kundalini Yoga and Gurmukhi, the sacred language of the Sikhs since the early 70′s. She loves to share this beautiful information with others and is currently teaching Gurmukhi via teleclass and webinar.

Sunder Khalsa serves as the KRI Coordinator for Teacher Training in Asia. He is on the KRI Board of Directors and is a KRI honoree for 2009. By the grace of the Master he is touching hearts of all those he meets on this journey of life.

Tarn Taran Singh is the founder of 3HO Germany, the European Yogi Tea Company, the 3HO European Yoga Festival, and the first European Teacher Training program. A musician living in New Mexico, he works as the Executive Director of the Aquarian Trainer Academy, KRI.

Upma Kaur Khalsa currently serves as the Manager of IKYTA. She has an extensive background in the healing arts including cranio sacral therapy and aesthetics.  Her passion for self-transformation through Kundalini Yoga serves as inspiration to share the teachings with others. She is known for her dynamic and accessible approach to teaching.   

Dr. Waheguru Khalsa is a practicing Chiropractor in Beverly Hills, CA. For 35 years he has treated patients with Yogi Bhajan’s techniques and spine adjustments. In this class he will share insights on healing and inspiring people. He is the author of the book, The Miracle of Healing Hands.

Yogi Amandeep Singh is a professional counselor and a scholar with the Kundalini Research Institute. Trained in both the Nirmala Sikh Tradition of Guru Gobind Singh and the Udasi Sikh Tradition of Baba Sri Chand he is also a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer, Spiritual Healer, and Teacher of Eastern Spirituality.
