The powerful and rhythmic naad (sound current) of this sacred verse will impact your consciousness and create an experience of Infinity. Jaap Sahib was written by the beloved 10th Master of the Sikhs, Guru Gobind Singh, who was a renowned warrior, a celebrated leader and a revered saint. Classes will cover the technology of Jaap Sahib as taught by Yogi Bhajan, the historical background, the ethics and attributes of the warrior-saint, and the life-style tools to foster courage and clarity.
The first year of our series on Jaap Sahib will focus on Chachri Chhand, Tav-Prasad:
Gobinday Mukunday Udaaray Apaaray

This is a powerful mantra known as the Guru Gayatri.
"This mantra is a "shakti" mantra. Shakti gives one the positive power of God. If you chant this mantra, there shall be no enemy, including one's own ego, which can overpower you. It is a mantra of deathlessness, and the personal mantra of Baba Deep Singh."
- Yogi Bhajan 7/9/75 -

Meditation and Self Reflection
Healthy Beauty Tips

And much much more!
Meditation
As we are swamped with maya , it can become hard to maintain our connection to God and Guru. At Women's Camp, we learn to meditate to release subconscious patterns that don't serve us. When we can relate to our true selves we tap into a well of unlimited resources.
Health and Beauty
Life is full of many pressures and women often lose their cool, getting stressed out and emotional. With a practical experience of meditation, natural beauty tips, diet and exercise, we will blossom as we spend time to listen and take care of ourselves.
Strength and Challenge
Women's Camp is an environment of challenge, where we participate in daily exercise, dance and yoga and meditation to build up our physical and mental strength.
Mothering
According to the Siri Guru Granth Sahib, the woman is the creator of life. She is the child's first teacher. Yogi Bhajan dedicated much of his teachings specifically to women with the understanding that women have the power to change the world one family at a time. A prayerful woman with a strong and steady projection has the power to raise beautiful children that serve humanity.
Feed your spirit in the Amritvela with a daily Group Sadhana of yoga and meditation (Simran)
Morning Sadhana begins at 3.45 am with Japji Sahib, followed by yoga to tone the body and mind and regulate the body systems. Blissful chanting on Simran for 62 minutes follows, and the Amritvela sadhana ends with a short Gurdwara program with Kirtan, Gurprasad and the daily Hukamnama.
