WOMEN'S SPECIAL FOODS

1 ripe banana
8 oz. orange juice
1 Tbsp. liquid chlorophyl
2 tsp. Rice Bran Syrup
2 tsp. cold-pressed almond oil or sesame oil

Blend until frothy.
Here's the perfect breakfast drink for women. A woman can use this drink to take her daily dose of sesame oil or amond oil. To lose weight, use 2 Tbsp. protein powder in place of the cold-pressed oil and drink four times per day instead of meals.

 

Eggplant Pakoras

1 eggplant
2 cups garbanzo flour
1 Tbsp. caraway seeds
1 tsp. oregano seeds
1 tsp. cardamon seeds
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. tumeric
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup onion juice or puree
1/3 cup water
1/4 honey

Preparation: Slice eggplant about 3/8 of an inch thick and set aside. Mix seeds and spices with the garbanzo flour. Add onion juice and milk and stir into smooth paste. Mix with fork until there are no lumps. Dip the eggplant slices in the batter and fry in vegetable oil or ghee until they are golden brown. Set on a paper towl to drain and then serve with catsup or chutney.

Notes: Eggplant is the "sexiest" food for women. These tasty pakoras make a delicious meal and will help to regulate a woman's menstrual flow. Serves 4-6.
