"A prosperous person does not gather wealth but the wealth of wealths." ~Yogi Bhajan
Prosperity is not about wealth or property. It is about fulfillment of your destiny. It is about clarity amidst distractions and diversions.1
Prosperity is all around us and within us. It is the ability to find, organize, and use the resources we need to fulfill our highest destiny and identity. We can ask the world for what we need with confidence and complete success.1
Prosperity is the special gift of the Neutral Mind. The Neutral Mind uses intuition and keeps a sense of meaning and purpose at the center of one’s life efforts. There is awareness about what is needed – what to do next, what not to do, and with whom to connect – for the inner destiny to blossom.
The themes of prosperity in Yogi Bhajan’s teachings are gratitude, faith, and patience. The lessons include trusting, letting go, and allowing the Infinite to provide. A state of continual gratitude and giving allows the Infinite to best work for us. Prosperity comes when we empty ourselves and let the Universe come to fill in.
We already have prosperity as the Heavens have the Sun. If we turn toward the light we will be warmed and filled with energy. If we know the art to sense the whispers of our inner direction we can ask the world for what we need with confidence and complete success!1
Yogi Bhajan taught many meditations that focused on accessing our prosperity. To find some examples, see the Featured Kriyas and Meditation section.
Sadhana, your daily spiritual practice, is the tithe of 10 percent of your time, which you devote to Infinity in order to open yourself up to union with the Infinite. Giving 10 percent of your earnings to Infinity is what gives you the freedom and the opportunity to break through the issues of financial scarcity, abundance, wealth, and prosperity that may exist in your subconscious.1
The act of giving opens up a vacuum that the Universe must fill, ten times over. It also confirms your sense of security, that you are in a position of abundance. And, of course, giving is a way of saying thanks, of expressing gratitude.
