I've been practicing Kundalini Yoga for a couple years now. I began after moving on from a high paying position at a Reality TV production house. I found the work without merit and wanted change in my life. My time there had cast a dark cloud over me. I wanted to move in a direction more beneficial to myself and others. I wanted to be focused on my goals: to have the career I wanted, to be a good husband and father, and to have spiritual meaning in my life. I needed to regain a balance.
Having practiced different types of yoga prior to Kundalini Yoga, I always felt something very special was missing. I would combine different teachings in yoga and meditation to create my own practice. I kept praying for a teacher(s) that could lead me on a path. A friend brought me to Golden Bridge LA and I was hooked. It is all I have been seeking—complete. I've decided to begin the Teacher Training. Rarely have I felt so sure about something. The practice has already brought about beautiful changes in my spirit and life. And it’s still the beginning for me! I see this practice of Kundalini Yoga as a lasting foundation in my life. A house of love built around me, my wife, and two beautiful daughters, and all those I may have the pleasure to help and serve.
