International Women's Day ~ March 8

Yogi Bhajan spent many years focusing his energy on serving women so that they could claim their birthright of grace and strength. Summer after summer, women of the 3HO Global Community gathered in New Mexico at International Women's Camp to have the wonderful opportunity to renew themselves and experience their excellence. They grew in their empowered collective spirit from "chicks" into "eagles." When they returned to their homes they brought new clarity and joy to their families and communities. Join 3HO in collaboration with the UN's International Women's Day, as we continue to practice and share these sacred teachings dedicated to all women.

Gather together, men and women, in community to celebrate and empower women around the world. Consider joining in the Global Meditation, participating in a service project, or teaching the International Women’s Day Curriculum on this very special day.

The Global Meditation

I AM THE GRACE OF GOD (Generator, Organizer, and Destroyer or Deliverer)
Men can do this meditation too, by saying, "I am in the Grace of God."

Service Projects

• Women serving food together
• Teaching and/or serving in a women's shelter
• Teaching and/or serving in women’s prisons
• Teaching and/or serving in youth centers
• Teaching and/or serving in schools
• Collaborating with local organizations that are serving women
• Serve an organization that is serving women
• Share the International Women’s Day curriculum and give the proceeds to a women’s organization
