In 1969, Yogi Bhajan founded 3HO, Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization. Since then we have grown from a collection of separate beings into 3HO Foundation ~ A Global Community of Living Yoga with teachers and students around the world. Our mission is to serve the planet and her people in the Age of Aquarius.

The 3HO Global Community serves, teaches, and uplifts this world we share. We serve, teach, and uplift by sharing the teachings as given to us by Yogi Bhajan. This is the identity that Yogi Bhajan created for us all those years ago. Our identity has value. As a member of the 3HO Global Community, your use of the 3HO service mark allows you to reach out to people with the integrity and goodwill of our shared community as your calling card.

3HO Foundation welcomes you. Please read further for detailed information on the 3HO Service Mark Program, which is designed to strengthen and protect the identity of the 3HO Global Community. The 3HO service mark consists of a logo and word mark which are registered collective trademarks in the United States and other countries.

To protect our brand, we must also make sure that we use it correctly, in ways that strengthen the identity of 3HO and add value to the entire community. In support of this, we ask you to participate in our 3HO Service Mark Program. This process will be as inclusive as possible, so that the entire Global Community can participate. It is designed to be simple and straightforward. There is a reasonable annual fee to help cover the costs of protecting the 3HO service mark in every country. In this way we will grow in our identity as the 3HO Global Community. As people of service, we serve humanity, by sharing the Teachings of Yogi Bhajan.

Using the 3HO Service Mark

Use the 3HO service mark to identify yourself, your organization, or your business as being part of the 3HO Global Community of Living Yoga

Who can use the 3HO service mark?
• 3HO IKYTA Professional Members or members of a National of Kundalini Yoga Teachers recognized* by 3HO IKYTA
• KRI Certified Teachers
• Newly forming or existing 3HO Community Organizations
• Newly forming or existing National Kundalini Yoga Teachers Associations
• Not-for-profit organizations and for-profit businesses
• Yoga centers participating in the 3HO IKYTA Yoga Center Program

*A recognized NKYTA is a member of 3HO IKYTA
