3HO®, A Global Community of Living Yoga, is at the center of this revolution. It is our intention to link and support the many individuals who derive richness and inspiration from the yogic teachings of Yogi Bhajan. We believe that the technology of Kundalini Yoga as Taught by Yogi Bhajan® offers the practitioner what Carl Jung described as an effective method of “psychic hygiene”1. Although our members come from various faiths, persuasions, and cultures, we share a common vision: The reclamation of spiritual values through personal development, community service, and universal consciousness.

3HO offers affiliations to yoga centers and community service organizations worldwide; as a UN-sponsored NGO, we actively support UN peace initiatives.

3HO hosts three international yoga festivals each year that give the Global Community the skills to maintain a peaceful existence based on joy and cooperation. Our free monthly Aquarian Times contains invaluable information about wellness, meditation, and how to succeed in life while supporting the success of others.
