Activities:
  • White Tantric Yoga - December 21st, 22nd, 23rd.  The White Tantric Yoga video course is a powerful meditation practice that clears the subconscious mind, allowing prosperity, success, and happiness to flow freely into your life. It is an ancient and unique yogic science that accelerates your psychological growth by dissolving deep-rooted subconscious blocks through the direction of a facilitator and the energy of Yogi Bhajan, the Mahan Tantric. www.WhiteTantricYoga.com

  • WSS
  • Kundalini Workshops and Classes - December 19th, 20th, 24th. Workshops and classes offer opportunities for learning and personal growth, focusing on various aspects of the Kundalini Yoga Technology.  A full detailed schedule of all Workshops, Classes, and Teachers will be distributed onsite at registration.

If you are interested in teaching at Winter Solstice Sadhana Celebration, please fill out our Teaching Application.

  • Karma Yoga - One of the ways we practice mindfulness and celebrate community at the 3HO Winter Solstice is through our Karma Yoga (selfless service). No matter our responsibility or position, we all take turns cleaning up after each other and ourselves. This is the grounding basis of contemplative community life, and is an important part of your practice.  Karma Yoga not only serves your soul, it helps keep your Solstice tuition lower.

  • Youth & Teen Programs (0-17 yrs) - During White Tantric days, a camp for children from infancy to 17 years of age is provided. Children’s Camp comes about through the cooperation of the parents and guardians. Winter Solstice provides a leadership structure and the schedule of activities.  The parents and guardians need to facilitate the daily care of their children, as the children’s program is only scheduled to run on the three days of White Tantric Yoga.

  • Bazaar World Market - We do offer a bazaar at Winter Solstice for registered participants who would like to sell yogic and health-related products and services. Body WSSworkers and healers must be licensed by the State of Florida. Please note that all participants who would like to be a vendor in this year’s bazaar must reserve their space no later than December 1st (full table cost is $150). To apply for a table space please fill out this online form: Bazaar Vendor Application.

  • Sadhana - You are invited to participate in Sadhana or “daily practice.” Each morning we begin at 3:45 am with Japji (prayer reading), followed by 45 minutes of Kundalini Yoga, 62 minutes of meditation (to live music) and a short Gurdwara service.  Yogi Bhajan gave this specific sadhana as a powerful personal tool during the transition from the Piscean to the Aquarian Age.

  • Gurdwara (Sikh Devotional Service) - One of the traditions of practicing Sikh Dharma is the Gurdwara service. Gurdwara is a spiritual practice that uses devotional songs and uplifting music called Gurbani Kirtan to connect the individual soul with the Infinite.  A short Gurdwara service is held each morning as the completion of sadhana. A longer service is held on Sunday morning.

Kundalini Yoga & Sikh Dharma:

WSS
Yogi Bhajan was not only the Master of Kundalini Yoga, but also held a position of distinction in the Sikh religion. His title was The Siri Singh Sahib and he served as the Chief Administrative Authority for Sikhs in the Western Hemisphere. The Sikh lifestyle shares elements of the technology of Kundalini Yoga. Sikhs grow their hair, cover their heads, are vegetarians, and do not use any substances such as alcohol or tobacco. As recommended, many wear white clothing, which is a combination of all colors (spin a color wheel and see white)! White enhances the aura and strengthens the magnetic field. Being in this environment offers participants a chance to experience this aspect of the technology. Because of this, you will see a lot of people wearing turbans and white clothing.

3HO Code of Conduct:
  • Winter Solstice is a drug-free, alcohol-free, and smoke-free camp.
  • Please wear clothes that reflect a spiritual environment.  Clothing should include undergarments.  Transparent clothing is not appropriate.
Please click here for the full 3HO Code of Conduct listing.
