A Level 2 Conversation: From Which Chakra Are You Teaching?

Yogi Bhajan planned three levels of training for Kundalini Yoga Teachers. At Level One we learn the teachings, the practice, and how to instruct Kundalini Yoga Classes. At Level Two we apply both the teachings and our personal practice towards personal transformation and development as humans and as teachers.  Level Two is offered in 5 modules or short courses.  In Level Three we mature our skills and personal practice towards a full understanding and experience of the consciousness of a Teacher. Level One is the Instructor Level, Level Two is the Practitioner Level, and Level Three is the Teacher Level.
 
In this class-by-phone, we will explore one of the Level Two components that will be covered in the Communication Course: how to sense and direct the chakras we are teaching from. All of our communications and relationships become more effective and inspired with that ability.
 
After a lively conversation with Hari and Gurumeher on “teaching from your chakras,” we will discuss the details of the Level Two training model and answer any questions you may have about continuing your education and delving deeper into your identity as a teacher. A representative from the Self Mastery Logistics team will be on the call with dates of upcoming Level Two courses, including any specific administrative, travel, or logistical questions for the November Level Two Conscious Communication and Authentic Relationships courses in Anandpur Sahib.

Hari has been leading Teacher Trainings since 1992 and the Self Mastery programs since 1996, the same year Gurumeher began directing teacher training in Los Angeles. They have taught together in many Self Mastery courses, including last year in India.  They will spend the last portion of this call sharing the experience of studying in India and traveling to the Golden Temple.  Level Two is a journey into the depths of your identity as a teacher.  India is a journey into the depths of your own soul.  So these courses IN India will be deeply transformational on both levels!
