Morning Sadhana is a discipline that moves each one of us towards self-realization and expanded consciousness. This daily practice gives the body and mind an experience of the infinite within us.
Sadhana begins with a traditional prayer called Japji and is followed by one hour of Kundalini Yoga and then an hour of chanting and meditation. The traditional 3HO Sadhana is in the predawn hours because of the powerful energy at this time of day.
For certification, attendance at 5 Sadhanas is required. If you're not used to getting up this early, we recommend starting before the course to get your body in this rhythm. Some participants try to attend all Sadhanas and end up not getting enough sleep or down time. We ask that you use discretion if you choose to attend more than 5 Sadhanas.
