The Bazaar is held under an enclosed tent. Solstice Events will provide each vendor with their requested table space, and normal tent lighting. Electrical outlets are limited and therefore will be charged for use. Bazaar participants are responsible for bringing their own electrical cords, if purchasing the use of an electrical outlet.
Solstice events are not responsible for lost or stolen items from your table.
Bazaar participants agree to work mutually with Solstice event management.
Any products that include the teachings of Yogi Bhajan or Kundalini Yoga need to be Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) certified. 3HO reserves the right to refuse the sale of any items we deem necessary.
Bazaar vendors must be fully registered in the Solstice event. If you have workers that assist you in your booth they must be registered as a full participant as well.
Solstice staff reserves the right to make sure your space does not interfere with the overall traffic flow of the Bazaar tent.

Winter Solstice Bazaar Information
As Bazaar Vendors you have our continued support for your success. Our goal is to create a win-win situation for all participants at the Summer Solstice Sadhana event. You are important to us and we value the wonderful beauty that your products bring to the Summer Solstice Sadhana experience. Please read through the information below. As we grow together, please let us know if we can be of service, your comments and suggestions are always appreciated!
Arrival for Vendors
- You must first park your vehicle and register as a participant. Even if you are pre-registered you must complete the registration process.
- You will need to check in with the Bazaar Manager in order to get your table placement, sign your policy, and show receipt that you have paid before setting up.
- If you have driven to the Solstice Site, you will need to drive into the site and drop off your selling items at the Bazaar tent and then return your vehicle to the designated parking areas.
Electricity
Normal tent lighting is provided. Electricity is available for a fee. Vendors need to bring their own extension cords. Suggested extension cord size is 100 ft. Please reference price chart for additional charges.
Feedback
Your thoughts and feedback are very important to us. You will receive a survey on sight from the Bazaar Manager. There will be space provided to put down anything you would like to share about your experience as a vendor. At the end of solstice the Bazaar Manager will pick it up from you. It is very important to us in the Solstice office to have a happy, prosperous, and smoothly running environment for everyone who partakes in the Bazaar. Thanks for your support and understanding of all the policies that are in place.
History
The selling Bazaar was created to help people make money in order to attend the Solstice events. Our Bazaar is not open to vendors who are not fully registered in the Solstice event.
Hours
We close certain hours of the Bazaar in order to honor all our camp gatherings. We close the Bazaar at a modest hour so vendors and participants will get plenty of rest for morning Sadhana. It is not mandatory that you sell during hours of operation. Solstice Management reserves the right to close the Bazaar at any time. The Schedule is provided for your convenience and success. Some schedule changes may be made pre-event or on site. We understand that closing and re-opening can be inconvenient, but at times this is necessary to support our camp program as well as the Bazaar.

Placement
You will receive your table placement upon arrival. Please check in with the Bazaar manager (they will be onsite) for your table space. We do not reserve exact locations at this time.
Policy
You will be required to sign your Bazaar policy onsite with the Bazaar Manager, prior to setting up your table. In order to reserve a table, please send an e-mail confirmation that you have read, agreed, and understood the above policy.
Prices and Payment
Payment for your table is required prior to December 1st, and everything must be paid in full prior to setting up your table at Solstice.

Security
The Solstice event does have 24-hour security. The guards patrol the entire camp and cannot be in the Bazaar all 24 hours. Please read the theft info to properly protect your table after Bazaar selling hours.
Table Sizes
Our table sizes are 8 ft. in length by 2½ ft. in width. Only a table is provided. Bazaar vendors are responsible for covering and decorating their space.
Theft
We suggest the following materials to secure your table after hours: big blue tarps to fully cover your tables, utility clips (you can purchase at home depot) to clip around your table securing the tarp. No items whatsoever should be visible. |
