Alarm clock
Back pack or small bag to carry personal items
Personal Yoga mat
Sheepskin and/or thick yoga blanket (class room floor is hard so you want to be comfortable)
Meditation cushion (zen seiza bench) and/or a back jack
Shawl or blanket used for meditation
Lap-desk, clipboard, or hard notebook - you will be taking notes while sitting
Notebooks/journal and pens/pencils for note taking
Personal Medical supplies
Diet supplements (Emergen-C, protein bars/powders)
Water bottle
Thermos for tea
Ear plugs (in case roommates snore)
Deodorant
Clothing:
Warm clothes (for morning Sadhana and exercise i.e. sweat pants and sweat shirts)
Warm jacket
Warm sleep wear & bath robe
Sadhana blanket or shawl
Comfortable clothes for classes (shorts, loose pants and tee shirts)
Attire for evening lectures (preferably white)
White cotton head covering (scarf, hat, bandana, turban, skull cap)
Raincoat or parka
Swimsuit
Light sweater
Running/hiking/walking shoes
Shower articles (shower-shoes, soap, shampoo, etc.)
Shoes for rain

3HO Events are drug free, cigarette free, alcohol free and meat free environments.
No pets are allowed at the Omega Institute.
We reserve the right to request anyone disregarding course policies to leave the course.
