Meditation Leads to Prosperity
Let me teach you about meditation. When you meditate, the entire garbage of the subconscious starts floating. Meditation is not pleasant. Meditation cannot be pleasant, otherwise it is not meditation. You are doing something else. Meditation is just cleaning the house...

Healing the Body, Mind and Soul
Karma Yoga – Freedom in Action
Karma Yoga is action in service to the boundless will of the soul. Each action becomes a dharma, a joyful duty. It is selfless action with no thought of reward. The philosophy of Karma Yoga is traditionally stated in the Bhagavad Gita, where Arjuna was instructed by Krishna, that it was his duty to fulfill his destiny without consideration for his own misgivings and feelings to the contrary. He was to perform his obligations selflessly, without attachment to their outcome. Instead of making superficial external changes, the path of Karma Yoga involves changing our internal attitudes and emotions-transforming our actions as we refine our motivations. Action is transcended though action.

Healing Recipe
Basmati Rice Soup
This special soup has the property of making one urinate. It is an excellent remedy for weakness of the urinary tract. Yogi Bhajan gave this recipe for children, but adults can eat it also.
1 cup basmati rice
4 cups vegetable broth
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. Rice Bran Syrup
Place rice and vegetable broth in a pot and bring to a boil. (Use powdered vegetable broth if necessary, but the fresh broth from steamed vegetables is best. No oil, spices or salt!) Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add honey and Rice Bran Syrup. Blend well. Makes 4 servings.
