Steps to Prosperity
If you are poor and you are miserable and you are not well, the reason is that you do not bring your subtle beauty out. “Make-up” beauty, and “set-up” beauty is not the beauty which attracts wealth and prosperity. It is the subtle beauty which attracts wealth and prosperity...

Healing the Body, Mind and Soul
Communication
The purpose of all communication is to uplift. Yogi Bhajan identifies a style of communication called: "Poke. Provoke. Confront. Elevate." (Don't forget the last step!)
Poke: Bring your heart-mind to focus on the person. Ask probing questions to investigate.
Provoke: Stir what you have found by circumstance and the result of the poking. Ask questions that incite a deeper response about what is the depth of the situation. Understand and map it out.
Confront: Take charge of the chakra and aura. Speak directly without letting the person slip from the focus. Challenge directly the habit, not the person.
Elevate: Uplift the person by raising the energy, projecting your radiance, and commanding the higher centers. Transformation is based on inspiration and support, and giving of hope.
Awareness of your own chakras and the style of communication that is associated with each can be very helpful in effective communication.

Healing Recipe
Mouth Melting Mango No-Cheesecake
The no-cheesecake has a yummy tropical-creamy taste with no mucus after feel. Lighten up with this yogic recipe without forgetting to enjoy the sweetness in life.
Ingredients:
2 Cups Mango
1 1/2 Cups Raw Cashews
Coconut Meat from one Coconut
3 oz. Coconut Butter
3 oz. Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
4 pinches of Salt
½ Cup Dates
2 Cups Walnuts
Coconut Water as needed
High speed blender
Food processor
9” pie pan
Soak cashews for on hour to soften and then drain water. First make the crust. Place walnuts in the food processor add 2 pinches of salt. Add dates in one by one. Once everything looks mixed, add coconut water until everything meshes together. Form crust into the 9” food pan.
To make the filling, blend mangos, coconut meat, coconut butter, coconut oil, agave nectar, lemon juice and the two pinches of salt, add the cashews at the end. Blend until the consistency is smooth and creamy. If your blender does not make it smooth, soak the cashews for more time (up to six hours max).
Pour filling into the pie pan and let sit in freezer until reaching a firm consistency, does not need to reach freezing point.
Serves 8 slices, creative decoration is recommended.

Back in the Big Apple, a perfect place to focus. When I am in New York, I feel like there is a magnifying lens directed on whatever intentions I have. It feels as though this city organizes, channels, increases and speeds up the manifestations of what is in my heart.
For the past three weeks I have been focusing on opening a vegetarian health food restaurant. As a result, many chain reactions have unfolded; I am eating healthier, meditating more frequently and I have an overall sense of wellbeing. Today I am inspired to share the words that Yogi Bhajan, "Your body is a temple".
When we align body, mind and soul, the perfect prayer from within is released.
