Self Therapy
If a person can hurt you, can hurt your emotional interest, then you can be heavily damaged, and you’ll never progress the way you need to progress. Healing the Body, Mind and Soul
Re-Visioning Relationships
When we look at our relationships, we can always find things to improve and to learn from. There are many opportunities to use the “forklift principle” to identify the frequency of one of your relationships and uplift it. You can uplift yourself through an intentional conversation with and a conscious connection to your higher Self, your soul. You can uplift others by the caliber of your actions and your character in relation to them. No matter how you have held your relationship in the past, you can change it right now in the present. When you do that, you change the present, past and future; your soul is beyond these mental limits and can hold all relationships as part of God.

Healing Recipe
Eggplant Pakoras
Eggplant is the "sexiest" food for women. These tasty pakoras make a delicious meal and may help to regulate a woman's menstrual flow. Serves 4-6.1 Eggplant
2 Cups Garbanzo Flour
1 Tbsp. Caraway seeds
1 tsp. Oregano seeds
1 tsp. Cardamom seeds
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp. Turmeric
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. ground Cloves
1/2 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Onion juice or puree
1/3 Cup Water
1/4 Honey
Slice eggplant about 3/8 of an inch thick and set aside. Mix seeds and spices with the garbanzo flour. Add onion juice and milk and stir into smooth paste. Mix with fork until there are no lumps. Dip the eggplant slices in the batter and fry in vegetable oil or ghee until they are golden brown. Set on a paper towel to drain and then serve with catsup or chutney.
