Universal Rules of Communication

Healing

Rule One
You are communicating for a better tomorrow, not to spoil today.

Rule Two
Whatever you are going to say is going to live forever. And you have to live through it. Therefore take care you don't have to live through the mud of your own communication.

Rule Three
One wrong word said can do much more wrong than you can imagine or even estimate.

Rule Four
Words spoken are a chance for communication. Don't turn them into a war.

Rule Five
When you communicate once, you have to communicate again. Don't make the road rough.

Healing Recipe


Chilies and Cheese

Healing

8 large Anaheim Chilies
1/4 - 1/2 Cup unprocessed Cheese
1/2 Cup Onions, chopped
1/4 Cup Olives, chopped
1/4 Cup Mushrooms, chopped
8 tsp. Sour Cream
1 Cup Basmati Rice
1 tsp. Cumin powder
Olive oil

Rinse rice well. Bring to a boil in 3 cups of water, then simmer for 20 minutes until light and puffy. Spoon rice into a lightly oiled casserole dish. Sprinkle with olive oil and cumin powder. Remove skins from chilies as follows: Toast chilies by holding them over an open gas flame, or by broiling them in the oven on a cookie sheet. When the skins have become charred, wrap the chilies in a cold, wet towel so that the skins "steam off." Then, as you slide the chilies out of their skins, hold them over the bed of cooked rice so that the flavorful chili juice soaks into the rice. Slice chilies in half, and set them on top of the rice. Stuff chilies with chopped onions, olives, and mushrooms. Slice cheese into thin strips about the same length and width as the chilies and set on top of the stuffing. Top chilies with sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and serve. Serves 4.
