Winter Solstice Wrap-Up
A full moon lunar eclipse on Winter Solstice Day and over 500 Kundalini Yogis from around the world doing daily sadhana, Kundalini Yoga, and White Tantric Yoga…how could the 2010 Winter Solstice Sadhana Celebration not be wonderfully amazing? Thank you to those who attended for making it such a beautiful experience for all. And for those who couldn’t attend, thank you for tuning into the live broadcast and checking in on Facebook! 2011: The Year of the Air Tattva
The Air Tattva is associated with the Heart Chakra, the center of kindness, compassion,
and universal divine love. The opened heart center allows you to see yourself through the
eyes of others, and to see others as you. It’s where “Me” becomes “We.” Any selfless act
of giving without expectation of return comes from the heart center.
The 2011 meditation for the Air Tattva is:
Guru Guru Wahe Guru Guru Ram Das Guru
This mantra calls on the consciousness of Guru Ram Das, known for his service, compassion,
healing, and miraculous blessings.
Global seva project
We are excited to announce the launch of the 3HO Global
Seva Project in February 2011. The goal is to collectively log
108,000 hours of service. Every time you do any form of
seva you can add your hours on 3HO.org. You will also have a place to post pictures, videos,
and stories of your seva experiences. Here’s to a year full of love, connection and service! |
