Concentration for Revision
VJKK VJKF!
I am a first year medical student and I am really enjoying it!
However, occasionally...I find it hard to learn. Currently I have exams and have been feeling more and more anxious and stressed. I find Histology to be very interesting but I have much to learn!
Are there any Kundalini exercises that can help to increase my concentration, motivation, focus or anything that would enable me to be more efficient in learning?
Thank you for your time!

Re: Concentration for Revision
My first find was the candle-gazing meditation, and this link has a pretty good explanation about it:

Allow me to do some more research because I know there are quite a few more, but my brain is a bit fried from a full days work so I can't remember them at the moment.

Thank you for your help! I will try this
Will this work with any other objects?
Can I practice this without a flame?
Many thanks

I guess you can try it without a flame, but a lit candle is oh so perfect for this exercise! How about the lit ember of insence? Seems like that would work well also....
