Stepping from Asana into Energy!
Greetings
I am fairly new to Kundalini, I only come accorss it due to a teacher at my local CorePower yoga studio being Kundalini teacher, but once I tried it I loved it! I found my frustration at asana focused yoga classes remedied and have satisfied my need for a more spiritual practice.
As a teacher I always beaded classes less on asana and more on pranayama and union, and I find that once introduced my students love this essential part of their lives.
I have founded a non profit called Angel Organic, I teach yoga to people that cannot otherwise have it, in Womens Shelters, homeless shelters and disabled foundations in Boulder Colorado.
I have been thrilled to be involved in helping market the new Adi Shakti Kundalini Yoga Center in Boulder also! http://www.adishakticenter.com/
Changing and exciting times are here and forward!
