why would someone do this ?
please , this is a blog of beautiful people getting together for a beautiful cause ... and probably none would be interested in these post of medicines someone is doing today , why to ruin our place here ?

GOT IT! Sorry for the delay in action, but I think I've taken care of those particular spammers for now. Don't resent them - we have no idea where they are from (likely a foreign country), what their circumstances are, and what else motivates them (could be poverty or some other pressure that we are not familiar with).

I didn't catch this in action, because Amarpreet was great at removing the offending posts quickly.
But most, if not all, of these spam posts are computer generated. That's why we have things like captcha (where you have to copy a graphical phrase in a box to complete registration, for example). They're designed to verify that the person creating the account is human by providing a test and only humans could pass.
Of course, the spammers exist because it's profitable for them. So they are researching ways to circumvent security measures as much as others are researching ways to create security measures. Thus, no forum is impervious to spam.
That being said, we will do our best to keep this problem at bay so our forums can be a positive, uplifting and rewarding experience for our sangat.
