Hello, there is a wonderful worskshop in sterling ,VA. ( just outside of Washington D.C.) on fri 11/9, sat. and sunday. it is Superhealth, led by Mukta, who was personally trained by Yogi Bhajan in this program designed to overcome addictions of all kinds. there is an introductory workshop on fri. 11/9 from 630pm - 830pm - it's at the sterling yoga center. it's followed by a sat. , sunday workshop( 11/10 -11/11 ) from 9-5pm delving into the Superhealth lifestyle/process.
