Laya Yoga meditation

Satnam.
I am in the middle of my 90 sadhana for authentic relationships and am practicing the Laya Yoga Meditation.
Ek ong kar (uh)
Sa ta nam (uh)
Siri wha (uh)
Hey guru
Its been quite an ineresting experience so far. Ive yet to step it up to the full 31mins. I know what this meditation is supposed to do but I had wondered if anyone else has worked with it for a significant amount of time and their experience of it. Love to hear About it as well as share.

Feel the vibration on the entirety of your spine, and connect with the entire Universe! It may take 31 minutes to get there though...
