It's never to early to begin thinking about Winter Solstice!
Designate a savings bucket for Winter Solstice! Application is as early as September, so if you start saving now, then you will have 4-5 months to accumulate enough money for travel and registration. Also, consider applying for a service exchange - you will save some cash, and you will love to work with us!
Winter Solstice is a little less crowded compared to Summer Solstice...Summer Solstice will draw upwards of 2000 registrants, and Winter Solstice might get around 800 registrants. There is a lake at the location, and sometimes it's warm enough for swimming! Shared cabins (very affordable!) or camping is available. Consider flying into Orlando, but Tampa is also an option.
Let me know if you have any questions! Now back to Summer Solstice planning!
Sat Nam,

Will winter solstice be in Lake Wales this year? I know there was discussion of changing the location.
