Job Title: 3HO Marketing Manager, Permanent Full Time Position

Job Summary:
The ideal Marketing Manager for 3HO Foundation possesses experience in the marketing field, as it relates to relationship building, advertising, promotions, communications—including internally and externally—via public relations, design, organizational planning strategy, research, development, and execution of creative marketing ideas.
Description:
• Demonstrates internet marketing skills by developing and delivering web marketing strategies for the above as well as services that support the 3HO global community members.
• The achievement of the development of a new and improved 3HO web site.
• Successful in creating relationships with Kundalini Yoga studios and teachers and implementing cross promotional and marketing services.
• Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with the 3HO Team, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
• Manage the Marketing Department Budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget. Direction of marketing support staff of where and when needed.
• Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
• Specifying market requirements for current and future 3HO events, products and services by conducting market research supported by attending 3HO and White Tantric Yoga events.
• Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
• Analyzing potential partner relationships.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies with our marketing strategies.
Requirements:
• Demonstrate passion for the 3HO lifestyle
• Must be a US citizen or have a working visa
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized
• Creative and a skillful problem solver
• Ability to lead independently and work in a team environment
• Comfortable using computer and experience with MS Office & Windows
