Job Title: Customer Service Representative, Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the 3HO team. Successful candidates will render a variety of customer services to the 3HO global community through application of knowledge of 3HO’s services and products. Ideal candidates will pride themselves on their professionalism, are outgoing, personable, a good conversationalist and enjoy being on a mission of service. This position also supports the 3HO office and performs general office management duties.

Description

• Handles customer requests and questions (via email and phone calls), requiring an understanding of 3HO’s products and services and where to locate information on dharmic nonprofits.
• Serves as the liaison between the customer and various departments.
• Solicits sales of products and services.
• Provides event registration support for our online registration system.
• Support users on navigation of the 3HO web site.
• Coordinates all mailing projects with departments and mailing house.
• Manages the Customer Contact Management system and is responsible for data entry work.
• Manages office space, equipment and places office supply orders.
• Special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen or have a working visa
• Personable and friendly
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized
• Creative and a skillful problem solver
• Ability to lead independently and work in a team environment
• Comfortable using computer and Experience with MS Office & Windows
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
