Crossing the Crisis
Life today is arranged to be easy. Actually we want everything to be easy, with no problems, conflicts or challenges. We even pray, "Oh, God, let there be no problems, no difficulties." At Women-In-Training, Yogi Bhajan reminded us that life without crisis is life in a coffin. That is to say that there will always be the challenges. The empowered woman faces them with "The creative energy to handle ANY challenge with available to me." "The resource to face anything is already in my own self."
Our mind pattern turn in two different spirals. Our ascending mind patterns spiral up and expand, opening with creative force. Our descending mind pattern spiral down in contracting, limiting stagnation. As we face any conflict, we make the choice to entertain either ascending mind patterns or descending mind patterns.
These spirals impact how we face the challenges of life. It is our birth right to be happy. We have a choice how to ride the Creative Force each day, each moment.
Make Your Decision to Suffer or Not Suffer
"Aren't these three statements very common with you? "I am starving. I am freezing. I am abandoned." It's surprising when I hear these fat ladies saying, "I'm starving." It totally freaks me out. Is this lady lying to me or to the whole world?..."
Your Tattvas & Handling Conflict
“There are five tattvas or basic aspects which are manifested in
all things as well as in your own self. They are ether, air, fire,
water, earth. As we face any conflict, our own tattvas influences
our thoughts and actions.”
“When a woman knows a man is doing his number, she should not wait a long time. That is what I mean. There is always a recourse to put a man’s head in its proper place. She shouldn’t waste a lot of time to show her intention that she is a graceful, honest, noble woman who is unavailable and is not a game. ”
