Communication
Communication is one of the most elementary actions which we do. We communicate with ourself. We communicate with others. We communicate with the Infinite. Even if we do not say words, our thoughts, our actions and our frequency communicate our inner state.
A woman's ability to communicate is extremely strong. However it is a challenge for her to hide her true feels as she communicates. Therefore it is essential that a woman establish a honest and uplifting inner communication if she wants to improve her external communication.
Because she is very intuitive, she often can read a situation very accurately. However she gets into trouble, because she delivers her communication at an inappropriate time, with too intense or too unclear delivery, or in a raw, attacking or degrading language. Her accurate reading becomes lost in her delivery.
There are many Kundalini Yoga techniques which strengthen the nervous system and calm the inner chaos of the mind, as well as specific meditations to improve one's communication.

Universal Rules of Communication
Rule One: You are communicating for a better tomorrow,
not to spoil today.
Rule Two: Whatever you are going to say is going to live forever.
And you have to live through it.
Therefore take care you don’t have to live
through the mud of your own communication...
Avoid Communication Attacks
• Never agree to conflict directly; it builds its reality and injury.
• People who attack people in communication lose them
forever.
• The injury of the tongue is far deeper than the cut of the
sword...
“Husbands can compliment through silence. When a husband speaks thusly, go deeper, there is something wrong somewhere. Marriage is a security and it is a relationship of silence. It is a sealed relationship that both shall live together come what may. When a husband starts playing games, forget it. Who can compliment the Shakti? Who can compliment a woman? God couldn't do it. God had to create this whole world to compliment women's creativity, Adi Shakti. Why compliment? Woman can only compliment herself through her soul. There is no soul on this earth which can compliment a woman.”
- Yogi Bhajan
