This advanced seminar is for women who are KRI Level 1 certified teachers or who have many years practice of our 3HO lifestyle. The program will include video lectures of Yogi Bhajan, workshops on intuition, harmonious communication and inner freedom, live music for sadhana, and mantra dances. And great time for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing.

Price and accomodation 300 Euros for the seminar and approximately 230 Euros for lodging in 2- or 3 bed appartements next to the beach and food (breakfast and dinner).
