Women-In-Training ~ Northern California 2009
Women-In-Training Camp
Saratoga Retreat & Healing Center
Upper Lake, California
January
NOTE: On-line registration closes on June 11. We request that you email women@3HO.org after June 6 to let us know that you will be attending Women's Camp so that we can adequately order food supplies. Thank you.
This year Women's Camp will be located at Ram Das Puri.
The SHAKTI VALLEY campsite is snuggled between the foothils of the Jemez Mountains and opened to the expansive skies of New Mexico. (See photo above.) Two large teaching tents will host Women's Camp activities & classes.

We invite you, and all women, to experience "The Invincible Women" - one of Yogi Bhajan's most transformational teachings for women. He first presented these yogic teachings at Women's Camp 1983 which is 25 years ago!
This summer you will be inspired by some of our most professional Kundalini Yoga teachers who studied with Yogi Bhajan during the Women-In-Training Camp 1983 - to name a few - Shanti Kaur, Kirn Kaur, Tarn Taran Kaur, Pritpal Kaur Kaur, Sat Bachan Kaur, Sat Nirmal Kaur, Jiwan Joti Kaur, Mukta Kaur. We will share are: Women as a Legend; Maintain Your Excellence; Rap & Rape; Woman & her Neurosis; and Confront Your Fears.

Your spirit will be uplifted with 3HO musicians that you know and love: Snatam Kaur, Sat Kirn Kaur, Dev Suroop Kaur, Seva Kaur-LA, Sat Purkh Kaur, Harbhajan Kaur-Millis, Hari Bhajan Kaur- NM and Sat Nirmal Kaur.
Our meals will be prepared in the Solstice kitchen by Gurubani Kaur - CA, who is a fantastic chef, and driven via van to Shakti Valley. We will savor our delicious vegetarian meals sitting on picnic tables under the shade of a large tree and the Peace Patio shelter. Camping will be on either side of the creek between the pinyon and ponderosa pines.

"I have not been to Women's Camp for YEARS! I really, really need to be there this summer for myself and my life." - Pritpal Kaur, May 20, 2008

The Tradition of Women-In-Training Camps
Yogi Bhajan established the tradition of Women-In-Training Camps over 30 years ago with the intention to inspire women to be physically smart, mentally stable and spiritually fantastic. We continue to share these transformational technologies for women in the camp’s activities, challenges and yogic practices.
Join us in New Mexico, the land of enchantment. Alter yourself as you give your life an alternative. Experience your own excellence this summer!
