Women-In-Training ~ Espanola 2008 ~ IKYTA Offer
Special offer for IKYTA Women Teachers-
Build Your Leadership Skills this summer
~ Women-In-Training Camp Mentoring Program ~
Women-In-Training Camp
June 29 - July 6, 2008
Espanola, New Mexico
This is an exceptional mentoring opportunity for IKYTA members only.
Women-In-Training Camp shares the most precious and essential yogic teachings for women as well as providing a platform where women can build a cohesive team spirit as they create together a community. Learning group awareness is an essential step on the spiritual path. We may find it comfortable to say, "God and me, me and God are One." And with the next breath be challenged to find God in others.
Women's Camp provides women skills, positive role models and yogi technology to build community at camp as well as at home and in one's own local community.
This mentoring program covers the three principal aspects of hosting a Women-In-Training Camp. Your participation in this mentoring program will award you experience, skills and confidence so that you can offer a Women-In-Training Camp in your own community!
1. Camp Logistics: Organization, the key for success.
Assist and learn on-the-job skills with our Women’s Camp staff.
We have an exceptional logistic staff who coordinate all aspects of camp set up, breakdown, food service, teen program, and basic infrastructure logistics. Their diverse backgrounds include business owners, political campaign organizer, university professor, Life Couch, and Kundalini Yoga trainers. These exceptional yogis will share with you hands on skills, diplomatic communication and group dynamics…all which are essential for Women’s Camps anywhere.
2. Missel Coordinators: Build your leadership skills
The cohesive structure of Women’s Camp is the Missel System which provides small “family” units who execute the various camp services.
We invite you to be a Missel Leader. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with Pritpal Kaur, the Missel Leader coordinator. Her coaching and group dynamic skills will mentor you as a more aware leader. (She is the author and Director of the Excel & Celebrate Program.)
3. Camp Program Development: The Heart and Soul
Women’s Camp 2008 shares the yogic teachings for The Invincible Women. You will be personally supporting the teaching teams as you experience the depth of the different classes.
You will have the occasion to mentor with Tarn Taran Kaur, the 3HO WOMEN director. She is a professional KRI trainer who continually shares her yogic wisdom and concrete organizational skills proficiently as she develops curriculum and women’s programs. (She is the creator and director of the KRI approved Specialty Training: Conscious Pregnancy.)
MENTORING FEES AND LENGTH OF TIME?
When you complete your registration for Women’s Camp and are an IKYTA member, you become eligible to participate in this introductory mentoring program. There are NO extra fees for this introductory opportunity.
The mentoring process is very individual depending on previous experience, motivation and involvement. On average, women are confident to offer a Women’s Camp after three to five rounds of this mentoring process.
Sat Nam,
We are looking forward to supporting you on your journey to become an Invincible Woman and assisting you to share the women’s teachings around the globe. For more information and details, email Tarn Taran Kaur ttk@3HO.org or call her 1-505-367 1309.
